Some tips to help you better maintain the copper oil pot:
① When soaked with vinegar, the surface of copper is black because it is oxidised with many harmful gases in the air, and the surface is only a thin layer of black. If you soak copper with white vinegar for two or three hours, then take it out and rinse it with water and dry it with a soft and clean towel to restore the copper surface.
② Wash copper with vinegar and salt to remove stains: add a tablespoon of salt and a cup of white vinegar to a large pot, and then fill it with water. Put the copperware into the pot. Boil the water in the pot until the copper rust on the surface of the copperware falls off. Remove the copperware. After the copperware is cooled, put it in hot water and wash it again with soap. Finally, wash off the soapy water on the surface of the copperware and dry the copperware.
③ Use lemon or lime: cut the lemon in half. Wipe the gray surface of the copperware with half a lemon until the surface becomes shiny. If possible, sprinkle a little salt on the surface of the lemon to remove rust is better. Rinse and polish the copperware. Before flushing, you can wipe the copperware with a cleaning cloth.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: How will I know when my order ships & can I track my package online?
As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a tracking number from the logistic service provider.
In the following situations:
–parcel is refused at delivery by the customer and sent back to us;
–parcel stuck at custom clearance and sent back to us because of a lack of answer from the customer;
–parcel sent back to us if customer failed to claim their parcel after delivery attempt and non-delivery notice
the customer will have to pay additional shipping fees so we can ship the parcel a second time.
Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?
We are sorry but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful to your own country.
